I followed the PSA and moved from @nextjs 15 -> 16. Why on earth didn't I do this earlier
1) Better localhost experience
2) Faster build times (which means saving on build minutes on @vercel)
3) useEffectEvent
What else have I been missing?
We just upgraded our @dubdotco monorepo to @nextjs 16.4.3 w/ Turbopack, and it's a gamechanger.
Our @vercel builds used to take ~11 mins, and it's now down to ~5 mins 🤯
This is HUGE especially with agent-driven development where halving build times == doubling agent turnaround time.
If you haven't upgraded to next@16 yet, consider this your PSA to do so.
One of the best @claudeai Duet features is pinning an artifact to your tab bar. Perfect for a metrics dashboard or daily brief.
Claude Duet is the first agent tool I’ve used that feels proactive in a genuinely helpful way (as opposed to Muse), doesn’t turn me into a manager (vs. Grok Bot), and feels really polished and thoughtful (vs. Dots). Here’s what I like and what I want 🧵
@claudeai
Now that I have Duet, I find myself only using the Claude app for Code. I wish I could change Claude to default to either the Code or Projects view to make that experience faster.

Overall, super impressed. Feels like the future of work, and I’m excited to see where it goes.
