I want to speak directly to everyone following todayโs events. Itโs been an extremely difficult 2 days, both personally and professionally. Iโve spent the last 5 years building TEN because I genuinely believe Ethereum needs encryption - and that belief hasnโt changed.
I know todayโs communication about TEN wasnโt as clear as it should have been, and I understand the frustration and uncertainty that created. So let me state this plainly: the mission remains. We are committed to bringing privacy to Ethereum, and the team is still here. No one on the TEN team has sold tokens. Iโm sharing the screenshot and link below mentioned during the call for full transparency because trust matters - especially now.
This moment is challenging, and itโs not what any of us hoped for at this stage. But it doesnโt change the work ahead or the vision that started this. Weโre here, weโre accountable, and weโre continuing to build.

November 2021 was the month @TudorMalene dropped the TEN whitepaper (back when it was called Obscuro) on EthResearch. It laid out the blueprint for the first encrypted L2 on Ethereum โ real privacy for smart contracts.
Itโs been a long road, full of battles, setbacks and breakthroughs. Seeing privacy finally get the spotlight it deserves feels incredible.
