I designed a miniature, four-quadrant, high-voltage power supply that employs digital pre-regulation and a Class-AB output stage to achieve high-efficiency, precision output; it is primarily intended to provide bias voltage for the compensation electrode of an ionization chamber.

I think most of the error comes from not using a proper 4-wire Kelvin shunt. The 5 mOhm resistor may not be very accurate either, and it seems to drift as it heats up under a long heavy load. All these errors add up and make the readings drift even more.

PCB showed up yesterday. I soldered it this morning, connected it to my bench, fired up Codex, and a little while later... the firmware was done. 😄 4 days from PCB design to working firmware.

The LM5060 monitors UVLO, OVP, and OCP, and cuts off the power path instantly if anything goes wrong. It's perfect for battery charge/discharge testing, and it has automotive-grade models

It’s working! 😆 My IT8510 can only pull out 120W max and it can survive for around 5 seconds :) Huge thanks to @AHBPROT for spending a whole day of the weekend vibe debugging this The ripple 297mVp-p still needs some improvement. Might need more MLCCs
