6/ This is a sharp turnaround for the Times. Decades ago they crusaded for transparency on Vioxx, Avandia, Risperdal, and antidepressant suicide risk in kids—forcing FDA to stop suppressing its own safety officers.
Now they’re protecting the narrative instead of the public. Patient advocates call this out.

NEW: Ten months after the FDA determined several children likely died from mRNA COVID vaccines, the agency hasn't warned parents, as Big Pharma blocks the findings
realclearinvestigations.com/…
Paul D. Thacker retweeted
Imagine that …FDA officials withholding critical COVID vaccine safety information? The public deserves a full, independent investigation and bipartisan congressional oversight.
We’ve seen this game before.
In 2004, FDA safety officer Dr. Andrew Mosholder was prevented from presenting findings of a nearly doubled risk of suicidality in children taking antidepressants. Senior FDA officials prevented him from presenting findings at FDA hearing on this topic. That controversy helped trigger major BIPARTISAN congressional investigations into FDA leadership and Big Pharma.
You cannot demand public trust while withholding critical safety information from the very people you’re supposed to protect.
We need the same congressional scrutiny today, along with journalism willing to ask difficult questions. We don’t need media protecting a one sided narrative. What happened to the @nytimes?
Drug safety isn’t red or blue. It’s about people, transparency, and accountability.

BREAKING: COVID vaccine cover-up.
FDA safety officers found evidence of fatal myocarditis in children after mRNA shots, recommended urgent label warnings—then the findings were buried.
The New York Times helped run the cover.

The @FDA knew early on Covid shots were killing kids, but rather than start warning parents of possible adverse events, they bowed to political pressure & hid the data. The exact opposite thing these agencies are supposedly meant to do.

Operation Warp Speed continues to blind Trump. He can't admit the harm it caused. "President Trump believes his efforts saved millions of lives, and several current and former health officials told RCI they are loath to complicate that narrative."

This is irresponsible amplification of false information attempting to discredit a free and independent press simply for reporting the facts. Our statement replying to @RobertKennedyJr:

ALT “This is irresponsible amplification of false information attempting to discredit a free and independent press simply for reporting the facts. As we stated yesterday, Sheryl has not met Jack Leslie and has not spoken to any member of the NIH hospital board. She and her colleagues on The Times’s team covering HHS produce factual, accurate and responsible journalism that cuts through political rhetoric and provides valuable reporting for the public, all of whom benefit from clear and trustworthy information on public health.” — Charlie Stadtlander, a spokesperson for The New York Times

One may conclude that, to the extent that a “hybrid war” is being waged against Europe, it is being waged by the EU-NATO establishment itself against its own population, in the form of a prolonged campaign of psychological warfare aimed at inflating the Russian threat.
What is most concerning is the risk that this becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy. NATO countries continue to enable — through intelligence, satellite and targeting support — Ukrainian deep strikes on Russia, including on civilian infrastructure, and each attack makes Russian retaliation against NATO territory more likely. If and when such an attack comes, it would be framed as an unprovoked escalation of Russia’s ongoing “hybrid war,” leaving little room for European restraint.
This is a classic security dilemma. In such a climate, it would take very little for a “hybrid war” that so far largely exists only on paper to rapidly evolve into a hot war between nuclear-armed powers.

These days, barely a week goes by in Europe without a drone sighting, a fire or a power outage being blamed on Russia. We’re told that these incidents are all part of a relentless, and escalating, “hybrid war” that Moscow is waging against the continent.
But does the evidence support Western claims that Russia is engaged in a systematic hybrid war against Europe? As I argue in my first piece for @RStatecraft, not really.
Most claims of Russian involvement turned out to be establishment-amplified speculation that collapsed under basic scrutiny. In many cases, there is no evidence the incidents themselves actually even happened (drones supposedly swarming European airports, etc.).
So is this just a case of collective panic fuelled by click-addicted media? Or, given that the claims of a Russian “hybrid war” against Europe appear to rest on little more than propaganda, is there a concerted effort by the EU-NATO establishment to condition citizens to believe that Europe is under attack from Russia?
In Italy, the expression “strategy of tension” evokes a dark period, from the late 60s to the early 80s, in which intelligence services and secret paramilitary networks operating under NATO auspices inflated the terrorist threat to frighten the electorate, including by engaging in terrorist acts that in some cases were then blamed on the left. European leaders should be wary of reviving such a strategy.

Can someone help me understand why the NY Times failed to report that Jack Leslie works for @WeberShandwick, one of the largest PR firms on the planet, whose major clients include most of the global vaccine companies?
NY Times @SherylNYT ran a hit piece on RFK Jr. and NIH for opening a vaccine injury clinic.
Her source? A leak from the NIH hospital board chair.
What the Times left out: that chair is a top PR executive for @WeberShandwick representing Pfizer, Moderna, GSK, Sanofi & more.

Amid the cinephiles' lofty debates about truth and art, it's worth listening to @TylerShultz_'s take on the film and on Elizabeth.
Elizabeth Holmes is “almost unrecognizable” in Nathan Fielder’s documentary, “You Can See Everything,” to Theranos whistleblower Tyler Shultz: “The woman that I saw on screen looked, frankly, like a broken woman.”
Shultz tells @gayleking and @norahodonnell about his reaction to the film, speaking out about Theranos in 2015 and why the documentary is garnering sympathy for Holmes, who is serving a more than 11-year prison sentence for defrauding investors: “She is not playing victim. She is an actual victim.”

The reality is that there's zero percent chance that at least some of the Cornell students, if not all, won't be charged.
Letitia James is very politically ambitious and knows her career in Democratic politics would instantly end if she announced she was bringing no charges (despite the decision of the career DA not to).
That's why Kathy Hochul appointed James: to ensure charges. Having criminal charges determined by political pressure is sinister in the extreme: almost as bad as trial by online mob justice.
