At stick3rs we're bringing NFTs to the physical world. Our community of crafters, makers, and artists invision a world were we bring the metaverse closer to reality by adding a physical layer to the digital asset experience. We've raised 2M in funding.
We need to increase our team velocity each sprint in order to achieve our H12022 OKRs. We'll kickoff the year with a working session to dig deeper into the headwinds we're facing, and identify actionable remediation items.

Web3 != Web 3.0
Web 3.0 as a concept is like 20+ years old, and envisions a semantic decentralized web, which is an interesting concept.
I’m seeing articles conflate the two terms (which is very understandable), but I don’t want us to accidentally throw out Web 3.0 with Web3.
