I handed my Obsidian vault to three coding agents: Claude Code, Codex, and Hermes Agent on a local model.
They capture sources, keep the index, answer from my notes, and lint the vault. I approve every note that becomes permanent.
Open-sourced the setup. Thread:

Note this down. Open source simply means that the source is open. Not that contributions are. If you don't like it, you think the maintainer is "slow" or otherwise hindering you, fork it and do whatever you want. (Giving credit where it's due).
"Oh, but it's going to deviate from the upstream and I don't want to maintain it". Good. Now you'll experience a fraction of the maintainers' pain. Except the only external contributor your version is getting comes from upstream, the people with the greatest knowledge of the entire project, not slop.
Most OSS maintainers I know jumped into it for the joy, the learning and network building, not to earn money.
It is however a huge benefit to make it sustainable, when your project suddenly is depended on by huge corporations and countless individuals.
Code is mostly AI-written nowadays, but EVERY single one of your open source dependency still has real humans behind them. And without them, we are f*cked. So let's not screw them over.
So if you haven't already, consider supporting the software that you or your company is relying on to earn money, the same way you or your employees get paid for their work.
And respect each project's maintainers' decision. They owe you nothing. You owe them everything.
the key point here is not how easily you can do it, it’s about having this in mind when you design the interaction.

Now in beta: Notion as code.
Define an entire workspace in TypeScript: teamspaces, databases, custom agents, all of it… then deploy it through the API.
Build workspaces with coding agents, version-control your setup in git, and reproduce the same setup anywhere you need it.
a demo with gpt-5.6 sol ultra: pokemon card viewer with shadowbox gyroscope tilt, touch parallax, and holographic foil.
