I remember Chelsea fans trying to convince themselves that Caicedo is better than Declan Rice. Declan Rice finished 27th in the 2024 Ballon d'Or rankings and climbed to 15th in 2025. Meanwhile, Caicedo has never even made the top 30 in his career. All Chelsea fans know how to do is hype their players like they're the best in the world. Give them one decent performance and they'll start comparing him to established world-class players.
