Absolutely pathetic experience with @reliancejio @JioCare. Paid ₹3,000 upfront for a JioAirFiber connection (5-month plan), with a promise of same day installation. I even received an official installation time slot, but guess what? Not a single call from the installation engineer, no visit, absolutely ZERO communication. It's been more than 3 days. The salesperson who took the order has stopped answering calls, and your so called customer support is equally useless. Every attempt to reach an actual customer care executive ends with the call getting disconnected. You take the money instantly, but when it comes to delivering the service, nobody takes responsibility. This is an incredibly disappointing and pathetic way to treat a new customer. @JioCare @reliancejio Is anyone actually accountable for this mess? I want immediate installation or a FULL REFUND of my ₹3,000. Please stop hiding behind automated responses and have an actual human executive contact me. #JioAirFiber #RelianceJio #JioCare #CustomerExperience #ConsumerRights #PoorCustomerService #ConsumerComplaints

I'm sure they don't even know what those logos mean. And I'm genuinely frustrated with the player on the left. 😢

I think one of the weirdest things about living in this generation is that we have access to almost unlimited information yet somehow struggle to focus on anything for more than a few minutes. There's always something new to watch, read, argue about or worry about. We know what's happening on the other side of the world but sometimes can't even sit with our own thoughts without reaching for our phones Funny how technology was supposed to make us smarter but keeping our attention has become such a struggle.

I was checking petrol prices today and started wondering how differently life would look if oil prices suddenly dropped by half for next few months

1/6 you can spend 3 months building a product and still end up with 0 users. not because your product is bad, but because nobody knows it exists. and honestly, that's something a lot of developers don't think about.

5/6 this is why I think talking to people before building something is so important. understand their problems, what they're already using and what they're actually willing to pay for. otherwise, you might spend months solving a problem nobody really cares about.

6/6 being able to build something is a great skill, but it's not enough to build a business. people need to know your product exists, trust it and actually find it useful. building something is one thing. getting people to use it and come back is the real game.
