Love to see it – @figma making serious strides with their platform accessibility, bringing more equity to the process of making and giving more folks a seat at the table of design.

Replying to @mswinford9
@mswinford9 what can be done to improve @GoNumotion's efficiency? currently, it takes 3+ days to place an order for an essential part for a wheelchair repair. Manufacturer quotes should be near instantaneous and pre-orders done same/next day. Delays cause real harm to clients.

It's not easy, but it is simple. Make accessibility a core pillar of your game and that shifts perspective about the priority of features that enable more people to play.
Announcement time: I bought a house! Still shake my head a bit and have a hard time believing it, but I officially have a lair.
Weird day… Super down on the one hand, reading the news about Norm Macdonald. But on the other, something PRETTY dope is in progress that I hope to be able to talk about soon. I feel like I should be listening to a playlist that alternates between Mazzy Star and the Pixies.
At long last, my name finally got to the front of the waitlist for a 3090. I think I legit shed a single tear when I hit the button to place the order.
If you are going to abbreviate "functional spec" as "fun spec", there had better be karaoke and party games at the spec review or I riot.
My team's hiring, y'all. If you are a designer passionate about input or accessibility, you should definitely apply. And if you're passionate about BOTH, we should be friends…and you should also apply. hmu if you're interested or have questions!

I wish there were little commerce gnomes who would come out of the walls the night after you activate a new credit card & update your info for all of your recurring charges while you slept. I would 100% leave out a box of cookies for that…or whatever commerce gnomes are into.
A bit about the accessibility journey we are on with Windows 11. Just getting started, y'all 😉🤘

Do you think Mike Beltran keeps his mustache tucked into his shirt because, if he doesn't, it has a mind of its own and would cause trouble like Doctor Strange's cape? #UFCVegas30
