Need the shackles off next week. Ball needs to be moved. 1. Obano 2. Kepu 3. Stu 4. Enoch 5. Ewels 6. Richards 7. Reid 8. Bayliss/Green 9. BVDL 10. Russell 11. Offiah 12. Ojomoh 13. Hennessey 14. Joe 15. TDG

Hard not to conclude that this is a bit of a crisis. So inaccurate, we haven’t learned from last season and tonight we reverted to the introverted gameplan that teams now know how to defend (especially when the ball is slow). Second week in a row we are pointless 2nd half…

Really like the look of this - delighted to see Hennessey back and Offiah has earned this debut. Bit worried no Stu and Dunn against a now big Glos pack. Reid and Pepper need to have big games to slow the Glos ball down. Huge game for Lawrence to get his form back.

Shocked at that performance nothing went right, a proper schooling. But a week is a long time in sport and no bigger test than next Friday at Kingsholm - huge bounce back needed.

Can’t believe how empty Sandy Park is. North terrace is shut and the south stand looks over half empty! Can’t be more than 6-7k in. Tickets too expensive?

Great night at the stoop. Never heard the Quins faithful so quiet - expectations are low for them this season but was impressed with their ambition. Bath did enough and were very clinical in the maul but also a lot of rust. Lawrence looked sharp but the lineout is a concern

Predicted table come end of round 18… 1. Saints 2. Sarries 3. Bath 4. Exeter 5. Tigers 6. Glos 7. Sale 8. Bris 9. Quins 10. Newcastle

Really excited for the start of the season. A fully loaded 23 for Quins. Not the best time for an injury crisis at wing but TDG is superb! Really need to find room for Donoghue in the 23 this season and a 5/3 bench now and again.

Brilliant idea this!!!

New kit… 🥳

Jordan is an incredible player. These are amazing stats - if Bath can get Arundell doing a third of these touches next season I’d be very happy

Today’s fixtures excitement lasted about 30 seconds… 5 of the first 7 on a Friday - clubs “preference” is for 3pm Saturday and yet across the prem & Europe we have one before Xmas… 😢

Important to note that the playoffs were only brought in so as not to penalise those clubs who provided a lot of talent to international teams during the Autumn & Six Nations.. so expanding the playoffs gives further scope to then play more matches during international windows

This all but confirms Prem’s expansion plan meaning in 3 years time the expectation will be: 1. At least 12 teams (if not more) 2. Same playoff structure as Top 14 3. 1&2 straight to semis & bye week 4. 3&4 host home QF’s 5. 5&6 away QF’s

for those of us that have watched a lot of this team this year… this was coming - we doubled down on the pick and go game and not trusting the backs close to the line. Santi getting slammed for not going for the drop, but it was a 5 on 1 through the hands but we didn’t back it.

Match day is here and 🚨ringing - think it’s gonna be a really tight semi final… but we are at home and we are incredibly thought to beat at the Rec now. Last home games for some modern icons of the club!! COYB 🔵⚫️⚪️

How has that Freeman try not been looked at at least again - looked like it was never grounded… I could be very wrong
