Pitch inspection PASSED! Storm Austin may be doing its best to disrupt the non-league calendar, but it's game on! I'm heading to @thebearsbbhfc as they welcome @HerneBayFC in the @IsthmianLeague South Division. I caught up with @CSimmo74 ahead of the clash, who knows his side face a stern test against strong opposition. “Herne Bay are a very good side, and we've always had close encounters with them. With the number of injuries we're currently dealing with, it's going to be even tougher”We made a great start to the season, but now it's about grinding out results and getting that momentum back. Two sides with plenty to play for, difficult conditions and three valuable points at stake. Rain, wind or shine, this is what non league football is all about. #NonLeague #IsthmianLeague #FootballReporting @thesnlfdod @SportSussex @mikemccaffreyuk @stevebone1
