someone on here the other day equated jay-z to the triple h of rap and that’s been rattling my brain of how accurate and crazy that analogy is. like jay wasn’t the stone cold, rock, undertaker, hogan, john cena, batista, macho man, bret hart, etc. he was the triple h, the guy who was around the greats at the same time they were all in their prime so he’s included in the conversation of the greatest by proximity at most.

JAY-Z just wrote a letter showing full support for Lil Durk, ahead of his upcoming trial: “Dear Judge Fitzgerald: I write in support of Durk Banks (professionally known as "Lil Durk") and respectfully ask the Court to grant him pretrial release so that he may be with his family while the remaining charges against him are resolved. I met Durk several years ago. He was kind, respectful and focused on his career. He approached his work with seriousness and discipline. He was also genuinely curious about deepening his spirituality, and he spoke about faith as something he wanted to grow in, not something he wore for show. What stood out most to me was how he used his success. Durk was signing young artist from his community Durk understood that, and he worked to help others find a way out of those conditions rather than leaving them behind. I also note that Durk recently stood trial in this District, and a jury found him not guilty. That verdict deserves weight. He remains presumed innocent of the charges still pending, and I respectfully submit that the jury's verdict, together with that presumption, supports giving him the opportunity to await trial at home under whatever conditions the Court considers appropriate. I do not minimize the seriousness of the charges Durk faces, and I respect the Court's obligation to protect the community. However, Durk has now spent nearly two years in custody with his remaining trial not set to begin until August 2027. Release would allow him to support his family and continue the work in his community that I saw firsthand.”

On whores and sluts Women are getting a little aggressive in parroting this “men love whores” line and I’m afraid we’re losing sight of a very important distinction: Whores and sluts are *not* the same thing. I cannot stand whores. I actively despise them. A whore is a woman who has killed off all of her humanity so that she can leverage her sexuality for material pursuits. Whores have no moral compass. No sense of decency. Lying is a whore’s default mode. Whores don’t like sex. They simply trade in it without feeling anything. Whores don’t love men because they don’t love anyone, including and especially themselves. If I find out a woman is a whore I won’t even follow her on twitter. Whores are always and forever banned from my environment. A plague on humanity to be constantly avoided. Demons in skinsuits dispatched from the underworld to rain terror on this earth. Now sluts, on the other hand… A proper slut is a pleasure to be around. Sluts have great energy, they are confident, funny, great conversationalists, interesting, refined. If you’re throwing a house party and you don’t have a few sluts there, your party is going to suck. And sluts have a moral compass. Sluts don’t want to lie to you. They don’t care that much about your money. Put them in a relationship and they won’t cheat. Sluts make great friends. They’ll look out for you. Keep their word. They can trust and be trusted. If you’re in a rut, you can text a slut and be like “hey, wanna grab a drink this weekend” and she’ll be like “haha yea” and then you can get your fix and neither of you ever have to mention it to anyone and that’s totally fine. Sluts genuinely love men and are often loved in return. They love sex so much they’re willing to trade a little status to get more of it. God bless them. I want you all to call up your favorite slut this fine Sunday afternoon and say “Hey slut, I see you and I love you. You are amazing. Don’t ever change.” But can we PLEASE stop calling sluts whores? That is so disrespectful.
