I don't even think there's a close second. - Umami: Miso, mushrooms, fermented sauces. - Acidity: Lime, rice vinegar, pickled vegetables. - Heat: Chili, ginger, peppercorns. - Sweetness: Honey, palm sugar, mirin. What amount of money is enough for you? Have you sat down and thought about "if i hit this number liquid networth i'll be good.." I think a couple million + a paid off house and car is plenty, but I guess that depends on your lifestyle.
