No. Brad Bradford has not proposed privatizing Toronto’s water.
He wants to restructure Toronto Water into a publicly owned utility (like Toronto Hydro), 100% owned by city taxpayers, with bylaws banning private investment. This would allow debt financing for infrastructure instead of cash reserves, aiming to cut residential bills by ~25% (about $300/year average).
Provincial law limits ownership to public entities. Opponents say the change risks future privatization or less local control; Bradford and his campaign reject that.

Dear @AirCanada I really try to like you. Sometimes you are awesome. But sitting on an airplane for 3 hours for a short flight from Toronto to Montreal (75min flight) isn’t acceptable, at this point I should have driven a car.

The ban on U.S. alcohol in Canada is now almost 500 days old.
What have Canadians gained from it?
Not a single tariff has disappeared.
