Being healthy is singularly the greatest life hack there is, short of having children.
Everything in life gets better when you're healthy. Your energy, confidence, relationships, ability to work, and enjoyment of life.
And it costs me nothing and is entirely in my control.

Been eating it, and carnivore, for 5 years. Added a banana and strawberries and half a potato this year and love every second of it. Can't beat whitefish for the protein to calories
After losing 100 lbs five years ago, there are still small reminders of just how big and miserable I used to be.
Sitting in an airplane seat is one of them. I used to hang over both sides of the seat, constantly getting hit by people walking down the aisle. I was always hot, uncomfortable, and miserable.
Now I have 3–4 inches of space on both sides of me, and I can actually sit comfortably.
It's been five years, and I still think about it every time I get on a plane.
Funny how something as simple as sitting comfortably in an airplane seat can remind you just how much your life has changed.
So worth every sacrifice to get here.

It's 12:30 at night
A lot of people still think eating late at night is bad.
I don’t care what the clock says.
If the day gets away from me and I’m short on protein, I eat.
Tonight that meant eggs, egg whites and chicken sausage late at night so I could finish around 245g of protein.
For fat loss and muscle retention, the whole day matters a hell of a lot more than whether I ate at 9:00 or 11:00.

I don't believe someone can truly know they're happier without children because they've never experienced what it means to have them. You can be content with your decision, but you cannot know what you're missing.
I believe raising children is one of life's greatest purposes. A life without children is a life half lived.
Yesterday: 1,855 calories, 258g protein.

I don't understand why people think eating a minimum your body weight in grams of protein every day is difficult.
I do it daily, while on a cut eating less than 2,000 calories a day. I'm eating over 240 grams of protein easily. What am I missing?
One of the greatest advantages young people have is access to decades of experience from people who've already made the decisions they're facing.
