Blessed and honored to receive the LionHeart award from my teammates and Coaches. This award reflects the work of so many, but most of all God. I will carry this experience with me forever and always be a lion! @LinkHoops

Stats donβt build culture.
Screens. Charges. Loose balls. Doing the little things for your teammates.
The things that donβt show up in the box score are often what make teams great.

Culture doesnβt happen by accident.
Itβs built every day through what you model, celebrate, correct and repeat.
Great leaders donβt just talk about culture. They live it.

Every team has that player who doesnβt say much but always does things right.
Shows up. Works hard. Sets the standard. Makes teammates better.
Thatβs Silent Leadership.
And you need these players to win.

Russell Westbrook getting Michael B Jordan to narrate his retirement video is such a flex. Also a flex: being a first-ballot Hall of Famer who did it 100% his way, for 18(!) years. Russ's approach didn't sit well with everyone - but it was always genuine. After all, Why Not?
