Misleading episode title for the final episode of season 4 of SNW. Do not go into it expecting the quality of ā€˜Yesterdays Enterprise’. Weird thing to say to have to say, but at least this final episode was Sci-fi. Definitely missed a trick not correcting the future Enterprise.

I want humans to be able to beam, go to warp and replicate food, eventually! However, this service robot seems a little un necessary, I mean, do I tip it? In less than 50 years, we’ll have AI robot pride events, I have no doubt. For the love of humanity, let’s tread sensibly.

For someone who used to stand outside Woolworths, sometimes in the rain, waiting for it to open on the day of VHS #StarTrek releases, waiting for staff to open the stock boxes, I’m incredibly blasĆ© about current new episodes, I’ll get around to watching them as and when. How? 😔

Episode 8 of #SNW being really solid is even more annoying than watching the parody goof off episodes they’ve been churning out all season! It’s been more like SNL recently than SNW. So they CAN do decent Star Trek Sci-Fi stuff. Frustrating. More of that please! šŸ™

Gratitude to this wonderful group of dancers who put so much work into this years statement piece. A trip to the Emerald City for the ā€˜No place like Home’ Pride theme. Dance captain Evan did an outstanding job and it was a pleasure to perform with them šŸ’ššŸ‘

The legendary Nana is going to be immortalised on the walls of Manchesters Gay Village. The site is prepared and work on this mock up design will begin in next day or two. Please consider helping to fund this so we can have her home for Pride šŸ§”šŸ™šŸ³ļøā€šŸŒˆšŸ³ļøā€āš§ļø gofund.me/b50680aa7

Remembering whom we affectionately call the Mother of Star Trek, Lucille Ball, on what would've been her 115 birthday.

Looks like I picked an ideal time to do Lucille Ball cosplay for #STLV What a great woman, we have much to thank her for šŸ™šŸ––
On her birthday, remembering Lucille Ball—without her we wouldn't have any Star Trek at all. You've got some 'splaining to do to the non-Trek fans in your life. Spread the word! #StarTrek

Seeing as I was dressed as Deanna, it made sense to meet her Imzadi, commander Riker, the incomparable Jonathan Frakes, actor and director extraordinaire 🤩 What a great chap ⭐ @StarTrek legend and icon #STLV

Everytime I hear the phrase ā€˜big swing’ in relation to new #StarTrek, I shudder. We’re STILL waiting for some recognisable traditional intelligent continuation and have been since 2017. SNW is super watchable but it’s not completely fulfilling fan appetites for classic content.

Any new #StarTrek news release, particularly a trailer, used to trigger analysis, debate, comparisons to lore, excitement…. New SNW season 4 trailer released yesterday and nothing! Fans really do seem to have shut off to it, it’s as if they’re simply waiting for it to end šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø

What a great month for Cinema. Films that require a big screen to get the full experience, it’s been a while since I’ve been tempted to go to the Movies. Star Wars, Disclosure Day, Masters of the Universe, Scary Movie. All fighting to correct the damage lockdown did to Cinema.

Watching ā€˜Critical Care’ in season 7 of #StarTrekVoyager It really is a peak script, smart, thought provoking narrative, an inspiring conclusion that leaves you questioning, one of @RobertPicardo’s finest hours as the Dr and a perfectly creepy performance by Larry DrakešŸ‘Œ

I was not familiar with Andy Weir until recently, but I’ve just watched #projecthailmary and he has my attention. I would have loved to have heard his #StarTrek pitch. I bet it was about Space, Science and humanity 🧬 🧪 🪐

The moment THE WIZARD OF OZ (1939) shifts to Technicolor was achieved entirely in-camera. The set was painted sepia, and Judy Garland’s stand-in wore sepia clothing to make the transition seamless.

I’m not surprised Starfleet Academy was canceled. So much potential, but it boils down to one thing. The customer is ALWAYS right. Majority of fans said they weren’t interested. FIVE cancelled #StarTrek shows within 10 years. It was made to find new fans BUT.. (1 of 3)

Modern streaming TV is disposable and modern audiences will watch once and never look back. I feel like long time loyal fans were treated like we are already dead! I have another 30+ StarTrek watching years in me thank you very much @paramountplus so please consider us when you..

…ponder the future of the franchise. We are honestly not as difficult to please as you might think. Don’t make more Marvel, Star Wars, comedy, cartoons…but simple, recognisable consistent familiar hi brow Star Trek. Just one of those among your experimentation. We will watch!
