Answering my #1 most common question on how to integrate the anima here: open.substack.com/pub/nornal…
Symptoms of an unintegrated anima (feminine aspect):
• Fear or intimidation around women
• Discomfort with emotions (yours and others’)
• Seeing femininity as weak, irrational, or ‘cringe’
• Idolizing women you’re attracted to
• Experiencing women as otherworldly or ‘above’ you
• Needing to prove yourself or win approval
• Anxiety/tightness in the diaphragm around attractive women

Ego, fears, desires & projections are often mistaken for intuition. You can get an intuitive judgment wrong just like a math problem. Saying “intuition is never wrong” is assuming your internal foundations are developed enough for that to even be a conscious function
You may be surprised the degree to which your career aspirations are predicated on a shared inferiority/superiority complex with your father. As in, the wounded child feels both inferior and superior to the father, as he felt the same with his father (thus imprinting it on you) - while also feeling both inferior and superior to you. It may be unconscious on both ends, but it lives in the shared field and perverts your intuitive pursuits.
Buddhist monks after being tortured by Chinese guards said that their biggest fear was losing compassion for their captors
The seeker will always want to seek the truth, but unearned wisdom ruins the seeker, so God breaks him down, humbles him, destroys his need to know, and then gives him the truth in breadcrumbs. Any other revelation comes from the demons of pride, who will gladly show the seeker almost everything, yet leave out the most important part: Love.
Patriarchy is a buzzword that Godless women use to crawl themselves to Hell on the hedonic treadmill
