Alright. New Year, New me. Let’s see if I’m doing this right.
I’m gonna try to be a little more active here…but also more honest.
Honesty that I’m afraid some of you may not like me for.
Here’s your warning.
I think we’ve reached a point where people care more about how their lives look to others than how they actually feel living them.
People constantly compare their lives and marriages to what others show online, forgetting they’re only seeing what someone chooses to share. The grass always looks greener when you don’t know what happens behind closed doors.
The more you compare your life to someone else’s, the less you appreciate what’s right in front of you. Even the happiest marriages take love, patience, and effort. Sadly, some people only realize what they had once they’ve lost it.
There’s also something sad about how much effort people put into making their lives look perfect for strangers. It’s almost as if being happy isn’t enough anymore unless everyone else can see it.
If you constantly need strangers to believe you’re happy, maybe it’s time to ask yourself why.
Social media has poisoned an entire generation. Men are lusting after women they will never have, while women are obsessing over lifestyles they will never afford.
Men are losing attraction to their own wives because they are addicted to looking at other women, while women are losing respect for their husbands because they are constantly comparing their lives to someone else’s luxury.
Ordinary marriages now feel like failures, faithful spouses feel inadequate, and peaceful homes feel like prisons. We have created a generation that confuses lust with love, luxury with happiness, and attention with self-worth. The most disturbing part? People are destroying the beautiful realities they already have because they have become addicted to the artificial lives of complete strangers. Social media isn't just stealing your time anymore. It's teaching you to hate your own life.
Waitwaitwaitwaitwait…you’re telling me that in 20 years not a single person thought to try inputting five specific cheat codes with all four controllers at the same time? I mean c’mon, that’s just totally reasonable…
…okay, real talks. WHO MAKES A CHEAT CODE LIKE THAT?!
F-Zero GX fans uncover new cheat codes after more than 20 years nintendoeverything.com/f-zer…
Against attacks that linger like this, a well-timed seing can “parry” it and leave the opponent in a vulnerable position.
The duel against Selphie in Destiny Islands was meant to teach you this…though she probably got KO’d too fast for you to notice. lol
During my first playthrough: when I saw the camera zoom in in Sephiroth’s face for the 3rd time in one attempt, I got up, refilled my water cup, put some Cheez-Its in a bowl, put the box back on top of the fridge…
…and got back in time to see Mercury gettting blown up again.
Got curious and started scrolling the hashtag. Almost immediately thought to myself, "Cool seeing what Vegeta can do, but let me see what Jiren CAN'T do."
Saw this two seconds later
Gave me a good chuckle

I saw on the log that Jiren had no notes, so I assumed he stayed pretty much the same outside of his assist changes. I found out that he can't cancel his j5H from the j5S but he can still cancel into his j2H.
Also, can't charge the 236S anymore
There’s a lot I can say about Soul Calibur and DOA that make them special to me, but perhaps most impressive is how much fun they are right out the gate.
I always recommend someone play one of these two if they’ve never played a fighting game before.
Let me double-check:
-high mobility
-stellar buttons
-insane combo routes
-high average damame
-safe on block instant overhead
-meterless reversal DP
-command grab with no scaling
-some zoning
-install with hitbox that deals full super damage on pop
Did I leave anything out?
Keep it FT2 until grands. It’s fast, sure, but it’s also incredibly dense.
There are enough decisions being made each round that FT2 is plenty.
In Avatar Legends Sokka’s “blindness debuff” not working on Toph because she’s already blind.
As long as it’s not game-breaking these kinds of little details give these games a bunch of personality.
Interesting fun fact for #Tokon_Carnage and #Tokon_Spiderman: Spider-Man's spider sense special does not trigger the counter against any of Carnages attacks. Great attention to detail!

Deadpool is one of the most difficult characters to represent properly, as writers need to to ride a fine line between making him too boring for the cuaracter or flat-out insufferable.
Credit where it’s due, Tokon; y’all did a pretty good job with Deadpool.
If you’re going to copy a game as specficially weird and unique as Kingdom Hearts, then clips like these need to show me how your game is different.
All this clip tells me is “This game is just Kingdom Hearts but everything is Agrabah”.
Bad first impression. Do better.
This is the funniest fighting game character I’ve seen in a while.
saw someone do a zaheer blockstring with EX ghazan so i thought i would optimize it :D
4 crossups
1 low
2 overheads
all while the EX boomerang hits too

You don’t want people using AI, this was a perfect opportunity for you. A chance to prove that practiced human skill is superior to programmed algorithms.
But that would put your pride on the line, something you don’t want to risk losing.
Safer to just call AI users “unclean”
