According to the AP, the Trump administrationā€™s Justice Department has filed a lawsuit to block certification of Alaskaā€™s Senate election if Republican Senator Dan Sullivan loses to Democrat Mary Peltola. The administration claims that another candidate named Daniel J. Sullivan could confuse voters and cost the Republican incumbent the election. Mary Peltola has been ahead in ALL October national polls.
