@BasedOneX This is an example, hence why we are disappointed.
There's a new version of this post
Thanks @BasedOneX for leaking the email I used with you guys for KYC.
Stop shilling your $PRL and giving nonchalant and indifferent responses and actually face the music.

If you are concerned about your personal data that was leaked by @BasedOneX and are based in Singapore, you can visit pdpc.gov.sg/individuals/e-se…
It states clearly when you should report to PDPC and also has a link to escalate
Precisely why many of my friends and I are so bothered by @BasedOneX data leak.
My address, wallets and everything that can be used to identify and target me are out there too.
How do I answer to those friends and families whom I shilled Based to? Their data is leaked too. They are potentially in danger too.
We are fortunate that we live in Singapore, and cases such as armed robberies, break-ins, and muggings are rare.
But what about users who aren't so fortunate to be residing in a safe country?
How will you guys answer to them? A sorry doesn't do much when they are held at gunpoint and forced to hand over their assets because of YOUR incompetence.
A sorry shouldn't even need to have the chance to be posted in the first place.

In case you don't see the seriousness of a data leak, this is what can happen when bad actors get a hold of them @BasedOneX @shu_bit_ @edison0xyz
Every second matters and we need proper answers on what you've done with authorities and proof of it
What’s the point of being sorry after it happened?
A sorry shouldn’t even have been a thing to post in the first place if it didn’t happen.
We are sorry.
We know how much privacy matters to you, and how careful many of you are about who you share personal information with. You trusted us with yours. We should have held ourselves to a higher standard in protecting it. We understand and we are deeply sorry.
On 5 October 2026, a security alert led us to discover the incident, and we contained the attack immediately. By then, some user data had already been accessed by the attacker. We fixed the vulnerability and tightened our access controls.
The attacker tried to reach deposited funds but was unable to. Funds on the Based Visa Card remain safe and cards remain operational. Funds in the Based App wallet and Trading Terminal are also safe and were not affected.
After the attack, we reviewed our other systems and found no sign that they were compromised.
As soon as we made sure that all systems were thoroughly audited and extra security precautions were put in place, then we proceeded to disclose this incident to affected users. Cardholders who are affected have the right to know.
If you were affected, please be extra careful. Sophisticated actors may use this information to try to trick you.
For account queries, use the in-app support chat. It is the most secure way to reach us, and it lets us verify that you own the account. No one from the Based team will contact you on X or Telegram about your account.
We are committed to strengthening the security of our systems.
Once again, we are very sorry.

My Sinkie pwn Sinkie petty story begins on one random night where I was reversing back into my house. I probably took 1 or 2 more adjustments as I'm terrible at parking and the gate was a bit wonky.
And I get honked and high-beamed. Alright, not going to get out and ask if you want to pick a fight right outside my house. Maybe it's some loser PHV driver, whatever man. I take it and just reverse back. And oh it turns out to be someone from the next avenue/street. Not a neighbour per se, but I've gone past his house at times while walking my dog and it's not a common car/somewhat unique carplate number.
I then make it my routine to always walk my dog past his house all the time to pee on his plants outside. And because his house is right at the edge where it tapers into another road, there's a white line there - no parking. He parks his other car outside there and honestly there's no obstruction, just legalistic things.
Of course, I always report on OneService app whenever I see his car illegally parked there and oof that little thrill when you get an update on the app that enforcement action has been taken. At that tax bracket, you could probably pay the fines perpetually and continue parking there but after a week or 2, he started mainly squeezing both cars into his driveway or parking the other further down the street (legally).
I don't believe in an eye for an eye. There's interest involved when you ignite my inner Anton Chigurh. The real fun was when I concurrently started emailing BCA about the illegal extensions from the side of his house and his porch. And always following up every month or 2. I think it was about over a year before those extensions were removed, all while doing my dog peeing stuff and reporting of illegal parking when it happened - got a lot less regular.
A common misconception people think about pettiness or vengeance is that it consumes you, makes you feel angry or filled with hatred. That's just getting ragebaited. Have a plan, know what you have to do to screw someone over and stick to it without emotional attachment. I don't think I was even ticked off anymore about the honking and high-beaming by Day 3 but hey, a debt is a debt.
