With no rugby its football only for this weeks Peformance of the Day. Who is your pick? ARMTHORPE WELFARE Armthorpe Welfare's promotion charge shows no sign of slowing down. A 2-0 victory at Kinsley Boys extended their unbeaten league run to eight matches, with Welfare collecting 18 points from the last 24 available to keep the pressure firmly on the Division One play-off places. DEARNE & DISTRICT The NCEL Premier Division leaders took another significant step towards the title with a commanding 5-1 victory away at Knaresborough Town. Jamie Austin's remarkable season continued as the prolific frontman struck a hat-trick, while Justin Circuit added a brace as Dearne moved seven points clear at the summit. MALTBY MAIN After taking just eight points from their previous nine league outings, Maltby Main desperately needed a response and produced one at Selston. The Miners dug deep to secure a dramatic 3-2 victory on the road, providing a huge boost to confidence after a difficult run of results. ROSSINGTON MAIN Rossington Main pulled off one of the results of the weekend by defeating second-placed Bottesford Town 3-1. Having already shown their ability to upset the division's leading sides this season, the victory over one of the title contenders was another major statement from the Doncaster outfit.
