The incident has since then led to a heated discussion online and created a negative impression. As the organiser of the fansign event, we acknowledge the shortcomings in our event management and take full responsibility for the incident. We would like to take this opportunity to sincerely apologise to the affected artists and fans. We would also share the actions that we will be implementing against the individual involved and our revised event guidelines. 1. To Sincerely apologise to all members of AND2BLE  Fansign is an event that artists value and appreciate. It is an opportunity for them to interact with every fan. An attendee deliberately skipping a member during the event affects the artist significantly. The members have prepared for this event with sincerity, only to be met with such disrespectful treatment. As the organiser, we empathise with the fans, and are deeply saddened and remorseful about such behaviour. As such, we would like to sincerely apologise to all members of AND2BLE. 2. To sincerely apologise to fans of AND2BLE We would like to sincerely apologise to all fans of AND2BLE. Fansign event is a place where artists and fans could interact, share and create joyful moments. The individual’s malicious act of skipping a member has ruined the purpose of the fansign event. We deeply understand the anger, frustration, and disappointment the fans feel. Once again, we would like to sincerely apologise to all fans of AND2BLE. 3. Investigation findings and actions taken Following the incident, we immediately conducted an internal investigation. We are committed to safeguarding the interests of the artists and fans at heart. To prevent similar incidents from happening again, we have implemented the following measures: With effect immediately, the individual involved will be blacklisted from partaking in any event hosted by Counting Stars, including both online and offline events. At the same time, we will proactively coordinate with AND2BLE’s agency to provide the individual’s information, such that the individual may be added to the official fan blacklist. 4. Invasive fan behaviour Regarding the recent online circulations regarding invasive fan behaviour, it has come to our attention that certain individuals had interfered with the artists’ official schedule and private life. Counting Stars strongly condemns such behaviour, as it severely disrupts the artists’ work and daily life.  To ensure the safety of the artists and protect their legitimate rights, we have further strengthened our security management and enhanced security measures. Counting Stars is also committed to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the artists. We would like to urge all fans to support the artists in a respectful and responsible manner. Refrain from believing or spreading unverified rumours, and work together to foster a positive, respectful, and healthy fan community.  Our support for AND2BLE began with our love for them, and we can all continue to do so by supporting them in a responsible and respectful manner. Regarding the incident, Counting Stars will conduct a thorough internal review, identify shortcomings in our management procedure, and refine our protocols accordingly. We strive to organise every event to the highest standard and will take all necessary measures to prevent similar incidents from occurring again. Once again, we would like to sincerely apologise to all members of AND2BLE and fans who have been affected by this incident.
