Perhaps @elonmusk should consider a whitelabel solution of #Twitter for @EUparliament , and in such "Government affiliated" handle, then EU can publish, moderate, censor whatever it wants. Problem solved. Isn't it ?
Batch jobs are neither harmful and they exist for a reason, we have therefore #Kappa and #Lambda architecture use cases for that ; but invocation of batch job to fulfill a real time data feed is not some cache hit/miss problem - but whole design and user experience gone wrong
