It's now been over 2 weeks since Razer messed up my order (missing paperwork for courier) and no indication from them that they plan on either refunding me or actually sending my order, and @RazerSupport ignored my DM.
Can't say I'll ever order from them ever again.
Hey @RazerSupport if you're not going to include the correct paperwork with shipments, and the courier returns it to you, maybe your support people shouldn't constantly tell me that I've received an order when the tracking history clearly shows otherwise.
