I thought chicken n dumplins was the only kind of dumpling until college…
A friend took me to a dumpling food place and I was beyond confused to enter an Asian restaurant serving a very different, though equally delicious, type of dumpling.

We do not listen to that version anymore!!!
to the barista who gave me caffeinated coffee when I asked for decaf: my anxiety thanks you but I do not.
Sure, going out on a Friday is nice, but have you ever eaten comfort food in bed while indulging in the wholesomeness of the Great British Baking Show?
Finally found a therapist I love in SWVA, and even if I have to drive an hour each way to go in person, DAMN is it worth it.

I felt SO comfortable after he said that. The awareness was everything.
Missing @hunterlyons7 so much today. Can’t believe it’s been 5 years since you left us. What I would do for another hike or Cuz’s trip with you. 💙
Underscores the importance of @TrevorProject’s work, especially in rural places like Appalachia. 🏳️🌈
My hard thing is making myself listen to @GlennonDoyle’s We Can Do Hard Things podcast every week because I know I need to hear it, but it takes so much to just turn the damn thing on.

Is it just me or are we are all a bit agoraphobic right now and no one is really talking about it?

Being Appalachian and being progressive aren’t mutually exclusive. We can be both.
Pass the bipartisan #VAWA bill because prevention education is the only way we can change the statistics around unhealthy and abusive relationships like we do @Join1Love! @RepMGriffith, please co-sponsor and vote for H.R.1620. #VAWA21
