It's ironic. Pixel art used to be regarded as "simple" or indie". But now pixel art will become the most premium art form and a clear sign it's not AI-generated. With all other art styles, I can generate art as good as a AAA studio, but high-quality pixel art can't be faked.

Steam just sent an email to 12.5K Tyto wishlisters, announcing the demo. That's mind-boggling. I can't get my head around it. For 3 years, I was the only one playing Tyto, promising everyone it's fun. And now 12,682 human beings are being invited to play for themselves. CRAZY.
