In the spirit of #GivingTuesday, I’ll be donating a portion of the November income from @LearnOmniFocus to the @ICFC_for_Nature. Another donor will match this donation, and 100% of the donation will go to ICFC's projects.

Here's what Learn #OmniFocus Member Kirk had to say about @LearnOmniFocus. Feedback like this reminds me why I get out of bed in the morning. ❤️
My friend and fellow #OmniFocus aficionado, David Sparks (aka MacSparky), joined me on Learn OmniFocus last week. David shared why OmniFocus is still his task manager of choice after 15+ years and how his system has evolved over time.

I'm making great use of @mindnode as I prepare to lead the Using #OmniFocus with @Setapp session on @learnomnifocus (Sep 20 / 10-11:30 PDT). Appropriately enough, one of the eight #Setapp apps I'm featuring in this session is #MindNode.

My friend, @macsparky weighed in on 15 Years of #OmniFocus on his MacSparky Blog: vist.ly/7xvs
David's enthusiasm for OmniFocus in the early days of @macpowerusers strongly influenced my decision to adopt OmniFocus.
The Arc browser from The @browsercompany is now available to everyone: vist.ly/6g7p
I started using Arc about a year ago and it's now my default Mac browser. It's innovative, fun and flexible.
p.s. Most of my bookmarks are in @anybox_app, which made the switch easy.
I recently started using a great little app by @sindresorhus called Day Progress. I find it helpful to be able to glance at the menu bar and see how much time is left in my work day.
It's available on the Mac App Store: vist.ly/6766
#OmniFocus is 15 years old!
In celebration 🎉 of this major milestone, I wrote a post for @learnomnifocus summarizing OmniFocus’ origins, evolution over the years and future direction. I also recounted my own @OmniFocus journey.

My current email setup and workflows.
My most important, time-sensitive messages land in the Inbox. Other incoming messages are filtered using @sanebox.
Emails that I'll be actioning soon are moved to an Action folder. I use #OmniFocus to manage longer-term actions.
I launched Learn #OmniFocus 9 years ago today. 🎉
People from over 90 countries 🌎 have since joined @LearnOmniFocus. Thanks to all of you who have supported this initiative. And gratitude to the @OmniGroup for making such amazing software. 🙏

I recently started using @ReadKit as my RSS reader after hearing @jsnell enthusiastically share this app on @_upgradefm. The UI is clean, attractive and intuitive, and the Smart Folders are very convenient. 👍👍
I'm experimenting with variants of my Today perspective in #OmniFocus.
BIG Rocks: Actions with duration > 30 minutes. Typically time blocked on calendar.
Small Rock: 5-30 minute actions. Not typically scheduled.
Pebbles: ≤ 5 minute actions. Helpful for filling in the gaps.
Great to see that @PopClipApp has been added to @Setapp! I've been using PopClip for many years and it's one of the first apps I install on new Macs.
I joined my pals @MacSparky and @mikeschmitz on the @focusedfm podcast!
Topics include the #HolisticProductivity approach that grew out of my 2008 cancer journey, #journalling with @dayoneapp, overcoming #procrastination + playing with ideas.

Alas. I used @tweetbot for years and was sad to see it discontinued due to circumstances beyond the control of @tapbots. I look forward to checking out Tapbots' new app, Ivory (tapbots.com/ivory/) once it's available.
I received the new @belkin iPhone mount yesterday and shared some initial impressions on the @macpowerusers forum: talk.macpowerusers.com/t/ava…
In summary: I'm very impressed. 👍👍 I’m sure I’ll be putting this cleverly-designed mount to good use.
