bts is bts, and cortis is cortis. they belong to different generations, debuted in different eras, and are building their careers and legacies in their own ways. just bc bh is pushing cortis, promoting them well, and they’re doing well for themselves doesn’t mean the end goal is to make them the next bts. a company can want its new group to succeed without expecting them to recreate the success of its biggest act. and the whole “bts are their role models” narrative isn’t some marketing strategy either?? younger gps looking up to senior artists is NORMAL. bts themselves were once juniors who admired artists before them. that doesn’t mean every group who looks up to them is being groomed to replace them. cortis are literally a group of boys with their own identity, musical direction and creative ambitions. why can’t y’all let them build their own legacy instead of forcing every conversation about them back to bts? bts already made history as bts. let cortis make history as cortis. their success doesn’t have to be measured by how closely they follow bts’ footsteps, and being successful in their own right shouldn’t automatically turn into a “next bts” debate. can y’all let two things coexist without making everything a comparison for once??? and martin having rm as one of his role models doesn’t mean he wants to be him??? he’s his own person and artist with his own journey, identity and story. he can admire rm, learn from him and be inspired by his career without wanting to become a copy of him. let’s bfr i am so tired to see everything martin says about rm gets taken out of context and twisted into another reason to drag on him. he can’t even talk about an artist he admires without people making up narratives about his intentions. y’all need to let this 18 yo boy breathe and stop projecting shit onto him. please leave him alone ffs.
