I Re-Subscribed to Level One!!! Level One has helped me grow as a creator and attached is the Analytic Proof!! So I just had to give a huge shout out to working with @DdeokPocky and @OshiTweets for their amazing advice as managers to me during my first month! Not only did they look at my content thoroughly they also gave me genuine advice that IMPACTED My Content! Not the simple free advice you get for generalized streamers and creators. They looked specifically at my situation and game planned with me a way to maximize my growth. Since applying their techniques and advice my views for my last Three YouTube Videos have reached thousands of viewers within the FIRST day! That is not common for me at all. Usually I have to post a trending topic fast or my stuff gets lost in the algorithm. But each video has preformed extremely well since applying the tips that Pocky and Oshi have given me! The lectures that have been given in the server have also helped me gameplan how to improve my voice, my Marketing strategy, and my future partnership and brand deal strategy. Genuinely I have learned so much from this program, there is so much I want to change in my current set up so I can apply the necessary changes to improve in all aspects of my content. This month has probably been my busiest month as a creator, due to my subathon, so I havent been able to be as active as I would like to be. But even in between all of the chaos I have learned so much valuable information from this program. I have always been a huge fan of Geega, she is someone I admire due to the fact that she gave out free advice to streamers for so long! When I first started off as a Vtuber I often would research how to improve and Geega always had an almost weekly video of tips for small streamers. So when she made this program I knew I had to get in because I have trusted her advice and have not ever been let down when I apply it to my own content. Geega has put so much time and effort into this company and it SHOWS! I believe they set the expectations low for the first launch because it was going to probably have its flaws in some areas. But I cannot emphasize how much support was given to us. It EXCEEDED my expectations. The managers genuinely care about all of the creators they work with and do regular message check ins with us to make sure we don't need additional help. There is never a moment I feel I cannot reach out to the managers if I need help with something. The managers are basically accessible 24 Hours whether its in business hours of group call sessions or message in our personal channel and respond within less than a day most of the time! They host events for streamers to connect and bond with each other almost daily! There are so many opportunities in this program whether big or small I think everyone can benefit from this. Every manager, admin, and even member have been so kind to me. Even the few moments I was able to talk to Geega in the Voice calls it was so productive, informative, and motivational. There has been so much effort and care put into this and I genuinely cant wait to see how this grows and blossoms even more. Thank you to my managers and to the staff and of course Geega for making this accessible for a smol bean streamer like me.

Burn Out Is Real I just wanted to be a bit vulnerable today so sorry in advance. Contrary to how people view me I don't have a big team behind me. I have two artists on my team, and one of the artists also splits as my main long form editor. I have one shorts editor, and one vtuber handler for conventions. The problem is unfortunately due to my size this cant be my teams only means of work most days. I pay them as much as I feasible can but they have lives where they have other stuff to do. Even with this team there are things I have to do to maintain content. Scheduling videos, Editing Shorts, Editing Long Form, Editing and Recording Patreon videos, Staying Active On Socials, Making Thumbnails, Hosting Community Events, Scheduling Collabs, Scheduling Brand Partnerships and Sponsorships, Keeping up with Friends, Attending Conventions, Making Sure The Subathon Rewards are Being fulfilled, Helping with Family When I Can, Creating A Weekly Schedule and planning ahead, Handling my finances so Tax Season isn't unbearable, Commenting and responding back to people, Networking and trying to meet new people and creators, Researching so I can improve as a creator, Find More Artists for Projects taking place in the future. Honestly guys I eat sleep and breath content creation. I am so lucky and blessed to have this opportunity and career. So please don't think this is me complaining at all!!! I just feel so bad and guilty on days like today where I know I should be getting more work done but my brain won't let me. So I am sorry to my shroomies if my posts havent been as frequent. Im sorry to my friends if I have been distant. Im sorry to my team if I havent been doing enough. I know I will bounce back from this mental fog but please be patient with me if I'm not at 100% right now. Also many people would probably say "Dae Hire more help" genuinely I dont think I can right now. I want to make sure people working for me are never getting underpaid or taken advantage of. So as of right now it's just gonna take me a couple days to reset hopefully. BY THE WAY!! This isnt my version of a hiatus or a break from streaming I am still gonna stream but I do apologize if I am slower at releasing videos and shorts.
