Hi! I’m a grad student doing a project on race/surveillance/school discipline and could use some help. In 1970, June Jordan and Terri Bush collected poetry from 25 brown and black children living in Brooklyn. If you have any leads on the whereabouts of these people, please DM me!

many people in Jackson, Mississippi are on day 6 of having no running water in their homes. not a boil water notice.. not low pressure, NOT A DROP. they had to spend Christmas emptying water bottles & jugs.. now bringing in 2023 the same way. the need for water is still there.
