#ux done correctly is invisible to the end user. It really just works.

#linkedin just gave me the ability to write articles that will be seen by all. Ok, cool. Now I have to make sense.

#ux is a NEED people. It's no longer a "nice to have". You're going to deliver an experience regardless, make it the right one.

Why is it so hard sometimes to get executives to understand that #UX is a need and not a want?

It's taken almost 2 years in dev for Edi.io but we're almost there. Will be able to come out of the gate with 6-8 pilots and traction.
