We’re sticking around 👍🎾 The experience for tennis fans is still behind in a lot of areas and we’re going to keep working with fans, as fans, to keep building and growing that experience.

Seeing an issue affecting a handful of users on v4.3 of the app. Just identified a fix and it should be live within 12 hours as 4.3.3. Sorry for the interruptions

We’re temporarily disabling live chats in the app. We wants fans to have a place to come in and talk about live tennis in a respectful format and that’s not currently possible due to a handful of commenters and us being unable to 24/7 monitor chats.

We’ll bring back the feature in the future, either when content moderation is more robust or when moderators are able to sit across all chats.

We’ve just deployed an upgrade to the notifications system. If you’re signed in to the same account across multiple devices, your notifications should now sync and come through on all devices. This should also🤞resolve the issue some users have had recently with notifications.

The fantasy scoring system has also been updated to now account for lucky losers. If one of your picks withdraws from a tournament and gets replaced in the draw with a lucky loser, your fantasy pick will now automatically update and be replaced with that lucky loser 👍🎾

Note: If the player withdraws before the start of the first round and picks are still open, you can still come in and change that pick.

We’ve just deployed a patch to account for extended tiebreakers in the final set of grand slam matches. Also deployed a couple of general fixes across the point by point system as well. 👍🎾

Seeing a stats issue coming out of Madrid right now - Google are showing the same issue with 1st and 2nd serve data so it’s coming from our provider. Following up with them now.
