It's 2021, we are in the midst of a global pandemic and a deep recession and many Germans worry about inflation. Why? Well maybe some got their history wrong. Very happy to see this paper with @LHaffert and @tobirommel finally out in print!

Glad to see this paper with @T_Palmtag & @tobirommel out in @ISQ_Jrnl! We show that international trade affects domestic grievances, social outcomes & protest, but effect's direction depends on context. Congrats to @T_Palmtag on her first publication! academic.oup.com/isq/advance…

Crazy two weeks... I defended my dissertation. Thanks to my supervisor, @stefwalter__. My first article with @stefwalter__ is out in print in CPS. Today is my last day @IPZuser. Thanks for all the support and kindness. And I am starting a post-doc with Tim Büthe @HfPMuenchen.
