Proud moment @VICE covered our recent @MicrodoseHQ #PsyCap in this article vice.com/en/article/m7amw4/iβ¦
My money is on October. Two therapeutics approved.

If MDMA could help someone with PTSD from war, rape or other horrific experiences, then it would be wrong to withhold such a drug from them
We recently announced Peptide Show the new media arm of @LongrHQ focusing in on the business of peptides. Original content starts to go out from early August but ahead of that we have curated the best podcasts on peptides at peptide.show some incredible guests locked.
And this is why we have lit the fuse to this new frontier of medicine with @Peptides__
Peptides are a revolutionary new healthcare platform
Incumbents are intelligent enough to understand it, but they have the short term incentives to pretend it doesnβt exist
Itβs deflationary to a system that manages symptoms instead of healing at the root, which is what peptides do
Further, most of the value will not accrue to the peptides themselves, but to the data layer that is able to personalize peptides for anyone at a marginal cost to maximize healthcare outcomes
The above is the basis for longevity as a service, which will be far more valuable than any subscription service weβve see to date. Itβll make Amazon look irrelevant and consumers will do everything in their power to continuously buy into longevity upgrades for themselves and their loved ones

Many people asking post the @ataibeckley deal what shares to look at. Whilst this is not financial advice, we continue to hold all of our @Helus_Pharma from 2020. See it as a very undervalued asset. My view is @COMPASSPathway likely to get first market access approval.
Cheering on π @C_Angermayer & @flobrand and all the team @ataibeckley. We met @flobrand for a coffee over 6 years ago and invested over many rounds and held till the end. Iβm sure we paid for the coffee too π investor.lilly.com/news-releβ¦

Just spotted what must be an early prototype of @AnthropicAI latest release.

Both April 16 and 19 are special days in the
psychedelic calendar. Looks like we can add 18 to that list now.
BREAKING: President Trump announces historic reforms to accelerate access to new medical research and treatments based on psychedelic drugs.
Trump will sign an executive order directing the FDA to expedite their review of certain psychedelics already designated as breakthrough therapy drugs.

Great to see trial work on Rapamycin. If you are a potential patient and want access today and are in the U.S talk to our team @LongrHQ
Rapamycin trial design has been hard to figure out. Any first-in-human trial means making assumptions about what will work before you have data to back your decisions.
But multiple trials are now running exploring various designs and endpoints, four of which we funded through Impetus Grants @impetusgrants.
Three are testing clinical outcomes in specific populations. VIBRANT-I at Columbia is testing weekly low-dose rapamycin in women in their thirties to slow ovarian aging, showing early separation in ovarian reserve, with VIBRANT-II already in setup. RAPID at the University of Washington is running it in adults over fifty with periodontal disease, with aging biomarkers and microbiome sequencing built into the protocol. ERAP at the Karolinska tested it in fourteen early-stage Alzheimer's patients over six months, with primary imaging endpoints holding steady or improving in exploratory regions versus natural history progression.
The fourth is asking a more foundational question. RAP-PROTECT at Wisconsin recruited fifty people already taking rapamycin off-label, drew blood at home, and ran metabolomic and lipidomic profiling to see which aging biomarkers actually respond to mTORC1 inhibition.
Between them, they are doing the work of figuring out how to run a good trial for rapamycin as a longevity drug. We hope that our infrastructure can now finally to the science.
