Your point? I told you that this process of rebuilding the army began around 2022,when Russia proved useless. It takes time, but it is getting there. Those losses happened in 2016 as well. The army never improved after 1994.

The army was terrible before 2018. Our loss of Lalatapa in the 2016 skirmishes proved that. Armenia does have a lot of work to do, but it is getting better.
