1/ Dashboards, OKRs and strategy documents were built for a time when information was slow and expensive to gather. I've started asking of each one: what was it actually solving, and do we still have that problem?

Add AI to them and start building shared context. Talking work through keeps everyone current, and the update gets shorter: what changed and why. Give the freed time to choosing.

2/ My answer: AI helps most with knowing where we stand. Where results are easy to measure, it can also run much of the work as a loop. It helps least with choosing what to do and what to leave out.
