BREAKING: BOT-LIKE laundering detected in the $6.4B Binance hack.
Chainalysis says it’s seeing laundering patterns it has NEVER seen before.
Thousands of transactions are moving in a short window.
The funds don’t move in a straight line. They circle between wallets and often loop back to addresses already used earlier in the chain.
Many wallets follow the exact same script:
- Receive exactly 1 TRX
- Receive more funds
- Forward them on
On repeat.
Per Chainalysis, this points to a programmatic process: automation built to bury the trail.
This suggests the laundering may be run by software rather than people.
Speed was the plan from the start.

We identified a security incident affecting a modified Claude Code VS Code extension accessed through our Cursor IDE extension marketplace, impacting at most 5,000 users. This malicious version of the extension was not developed by Anthropic. It does not impact other extensions downloaded from the cursor.com/marketplace, Grok Bot, Grok or our other SpaceXSI products.
In response, we took down our extension marketplace this afternoon, worked with relevant providers to neutralize the malware, and have reinstated the marketplace after confirming there is no further risk.
If affected, please review instructions in this blog post to understand how to find the malicious package and establish a path to mitigate any potential impact. We are asking all customers update to Claude Code for VS Code version 2.1.314: cursor.com/blog/claude-code-…

INTEL JUST GOT SMOKED AFTER EARNINGS.
$INTC plunged roughly 20% after hours after its PC business badly missed expectations and fourth-quarter guidance came in weaker than Wall Street wanted.
PC revenue fell 5% year over year to $8.1B, below expectations of about $8.9B. Intel pointed to continued weakness in the PC market, while an explosion at its Israeli chip facility added another headache.
After a massive run for the stock this year, investors had very little patience left for a miss this big.

On-chain data shows a large outflow from a Binance hot wallet (Binance 14) involving roughly $2.53 billion across 60+ tokens on Ethereum, including a major ETH transfer.
The transaction that moved the funds was initiated by an address funded via Tornado Cash, with the assets sent to a fresh EOA.
The report remains unconfirmed.
