Congratulations to Sandun Weerakkody on signing with @tpatrickcc for the 2025 @NCU_News campaign.
A proven performer, Sandun has dominated Sri Lankan domestic cricket for over a decade, amassing over 9,500 runs. The dynamic left-hander also represented Sri Lanka in three ODIs against South Africa in 2017, where he impressed with a blistering 51-ball 58 against a world-class Proteas attack featuring Rabada, Parnell, Tahir, and Shamsi.
Now returning to club cricket, and what will be Sandun's first stint in Northern Ireland, we are backing the run machine to make an immediate impact at his new home this summer. We have no doubt heโll be one of the standout batters in the competition!
Well done, Sandun! ๐

Congratulations to Wesley Marshall on signing with @tpatrickcc for the 2025 @NCU_News campaign! ๐
This is a major statement for Templepatrick as they secure the South African run machine, aiming to make a strong impact in the NCU Premier League next season.
Marshall, who has been a dominant force in South African domestic cricket and UK club cricket for over a decade, consistently showcasing his ability with both bat and ball. His proven track record makes him a standout figure in every competition heโs played. Now, heโs set to bring that wealth of expertise and experience to Northern Ireland in 2025, where Templepatrick will look to him as a key player in their push for success. ๐ช
Congratulations, Wes! ๐
