There’s currently someone going around impersonating me, so I wanted to make people aware across all of my platforms. I’m aware of at least one person who has already lost money as a result of this scam, so please be careful and make sure you’re only communicating with me through my official contact details. Stay safe!
You've got to be kidding me...
A few days after I got my account restored, Instagram has been suspended my account AGAIN.
Sort it out Meta! This is actually insane. @Meta @instagram 😤
My Instagram page has just been taken down for no clear reason.
I was literally using it moments before receiving this message, and now I’ve had to appeal by uploading selfies to prove my identity.
This is really disappointing, especially as it’s my business account for my video editing services. I genuinely can’t understand why this has been flagged under cybersecurity.
Hoping this can be resolved as soon as possible.

I've been working on this over the past week, and it's now live! ⛓️🙌

NEW UPDATE:
I wanted to clarify my last post, especially as a lot of people have reached out asking who contacted me from Meta.
I got this completely wrong. Someone reached out who I thought was from Meta, but they were actually a scammer.
While I was speaking with them, my profile happened to get restored, so I assumed they had somehow helped. Turns out it was just a coincidence, and I’ve since found out they don’t work for Meta at all.
I didn’t realise how many people were being affected by these mass bans. A lot of you seem to be in the same position I was, so please be careful when people reach out offering help. Most of the time, it isn’t legit.
If you’re going through the appeal process, stick to the official Instagram/Meta routes and don’t trust anyone claiming they can fix it for you.
UPDATE:
Someone from Meta ended up seeing my post on here and reached out. After a couple of hours they were able to get my account sorted 🙏

RIP. I grew up watching Buffy and always loved him in it 😞
