Be nice to get my parcel by 1pm as sent by the customer. Rebooked a delivery for the following day which was accepted but never came. Decided they would deliver the next day. @RoyalMail don’t deserve the business. Stevie Wonder would do a better job and he’s blind!

We need to go back to having to call up using a thing called a phone or going to the venue ticket office and purchasing in person.
