"No one is arguing to manage the status quo and fail more efficiently."
"You can't play in the margins anymore. The system's broken. It's completely unbalanced, and we can't manage the decline. We have to completely reimagine."

🇧🇷 HOW did Lula manage to gain 10M votes between rounds in Brazil's presidential election, compared with just 4M for Flávio Bolsonaro?
In the first round, ~9.5M votes went to other candidates, while changes in turnout, blank ballots, and invalid votes added another ~5M to the calculation.
That leaves a pool of ~14M votes.
Flávio gained 4M, rising from 56M to ~60M.
Lula gained 10M, jumping from 54M to 64.1M.
That works out to 71% of the net gains for Lula and just 29% for Flávio.
What makes this particularly striking is the claim that ~10M of those 14M votes came from voters who had backed eliminated candidates with more right-wing political platforms.
So how did Lula end up gaining so much more ground in just 3 weeks?
The figures don't prove wrongdoing or show exactly how individuals voted, but the dramatic shift has raised serious questions about the results.
To say nothing of the unprecedented 2-hr extension of voting, signed off by Lula's own fmr. defense attorney...

I feel like if Trump appointed his former personal lawyer to the US Supreme Court and that same judge then extended voting by two hours on election day, leftists would not be describing it as "saving democracy."
