Here is how 3 years of F# in a project look like.
That code is deployed in the cloud, running 300🤯 integrations with GPS providers, processing 10M GPS signals per day.

It occurs to me that in the last 18 months a substantial number of new developers must have got their *first* developer job full-time remote. I would love to hear what that was like. Did it suck? Was it fine? Do you want to stay remote?

Here is why @tenstorrent is huge. (1) They are building a stack of software AND hardware tailored for AI workloads. (2) Good balance of general-purpose compute and accelerators. Better than most GPUs/TPUs. (3) Structure is right. Work transparently scales across 10k cores.

ALT Meme of a family waiting for their father to come home while holding knives. The mom is standing by the door and is labeled New JavaScript framework, and the two kids are New CSS Framework and New Testing library. The dad is named Frontend Developer Who Thinks They've Finally Figured Things Out.

People can precisely describe problems they have, but aren't great at describing solutions. Ask what you should build, & nobody can tell you. Show them something, though, and they can easily tell you how to improve it.
Other than "Agile," what's the name of this phenomenon?.

Our innovation incubator team for the round 1 (@ijrussell, @AhmedMozaly and @Aigiz) is doing an outstanding exploratory work far outside of the comfort zone.
Currently: stringing together a face feature detection model with a simple hand-written evolutionary algorithm in Kotlin.
