The best ads on Meta play to one of two things. Your buyer's worst fear. Or their best desire. The attached one plays to both. 8 minutes long, live since Oct 15, and still top 20 out of 2,500+ ads on its page. It sells a blood sugar supplement. But the fear isn't diabetes. It's your daughter saying she can't leave the kids with you anymore. Or you hurting your grandkids. And the desire isn't a lower A1C. It's the front row at your granddaughter's recital. The last line says it all: "Don't wait until someone has to take your keys." → Nobody's scared of a number. They're scared of what it takes from them. → Nobody wants a number either. They want what it gives back. → The product is just the bridge between the two. Meanwhile your brand is still opening on a product shot and a 20% off code. We broke down how it's built in a playbook: the 5 beats that take the viewer from the fear to the desire, how to find the moment your buyer dreads, and 10 hooks to steal. Comment 'FEAR' if you want me to send it in replies. If you don't want to then just take it for free 😛: eminent-jaguar-5f2.notion.si…

Everyone else is lining up at the doors. You already know what’s inside. BFCM Mode is live in Atria. One click rewinds Inspo to Nov 1 – Dec 4, 2025 and keeps only the ads that mentioned BFCM. The numbers on each card are the tell. “19d · ×6” means a brand ran that creative across 6 ads and kept it live 19 days. The ones brands kept paying for. Clone the static. Rewrite the script. Find your BFCM winners. Up to 41% off for BFCM → tryatria.com We broke down 43 BFCM ads, last year’s longest-runners plus the ones already live, and turned them into a guide. This is Lymphoria’s #1 ad. If you had a compliance team they'd faint. Yet Lymphoria, Resilia, Rosabella, Metabolae, Alevia and a few other brands 🙃 run ads like these in the thousands. 35,000+ new ads in 30 days, spread across 159 pages. When one page goes down, another one pops up. Doctor pages, “journal” pages, condition communities, pages named after random people. And good luck finding them yourself. This one runs from a page called Patty Montgomery Sedlacek. The click doesn’t even go to Lymphoria. It goes to a store selling the same drops under a different name. These brands are setting the pace on Meta. Iterating on what they do will get you closer to the front than anything else you’re doing right now. So we broke down how they scale: the page setups, how many pages each one runs, how they rotate them, and 100 of their top video ads. Want it? 1. Follow our account 2. Reply "BANNED" and we’ll send it 😛 Too lazy to comment? Fine: Playbook: eminent-jaguar-5f2.notion.si… All 100 ads: app.tryatria.com/workspace/b…

Friends just announced a new season. They’re in their 50s now and selling wrinkle cream The whole season is 5 minutes long, but you'll still watch it. Because you already know this room. You spent 10 seasons on that couch. That’s familiarity. Your brain clocks the set before it clocks the ad, so your thumb stops. Someone else already did the hard part: 10 years of making you care about a group of friends in a coffee shop. Koriderm just pulled up a chair. And the people who grew up on Friends are the ones buying wrinkle cream now. The reference picks the audience before Meta does. Here’s what else it gets right: → It opens on gossip. “Did Claire get something done?” You need to know. → One line tells you who it’s for, and it’s a compliment. “You’re 57, and frankly, it’s becoming disrespectful.” → The problem isn’t wrinkles. It’s not recognizing yourself in a photo your kid sent. Everyone it’s aimed at has been there. → It cracks a joke every time it gets heavy. Nobody scrolls mid-laugh. → The cream shows up 2 minutes in, and her sister brings it, not the brand. The skeptic says “that looks like toothpaste” before you can. → It undersells on purpose. “I didn’t wake up looking 20 years younger.” So you believe the rest. → The sale happens on screen. “I panic shopped.” “Too late, I already bought two.” Peer pressure, played for laughs. If a wrinkle cream ad can be this watchable at 5 minutes, your 30-second ad has no excuse. We wrote a playbook on borrowing familiarity: picking a reference your buyer already loves, building the scene with AI, and NOT GETTING SUED. Want it? 1. Follow our account 2. Sometimes the product IS the ad Leishape has 1,000+ ads live right now. 871 are for these leggings. This one is their #3. Their hooks write themselves: "Calm down, I'm not showing you my butt." "No, I'm not naked, girl." Before you call it a lucky product: another store tested near-identical tights last month. 12 ads. 10 were dead within 2 days. What Leishape gets right: → The product is the first frame. The reveal is the hook → One script, read by a different woman every few seconds. It feels like the whole internet agrees → Every claim gets proven on camera: the fleece inside, the waistband sucking her in, sharp nails that can't rip them → 780 of their ads use the exact same caption. Only the video changes Your product doesn’t need a booty reveal. It just needs to be doing something in the first frame 😃 We broke it all down: the second-by-second script, 20+ hooks they've run on one pair of leggings, how to brief a multi-creator ad, and 5 ways to make your product the hook when it isn't leggings. RYZE has 1,340 ads live right now. 7 of their top 30 are about someone getting cheated on. Their #2 ad is 11 minutes long. It opens with "She was gonna be my maid of honor. Instead, she's marrying my fiancé, pregnant with his baby." This one runs 5:25, and RYZE isn't named until the 2-minute mark. It first went live September 15 and it's still top 30. Yesterday they launched it again with its own landing page. Why it works: → Nobody scrolls past betrayal. It's everyone's worst nightmare → A story kills the counter-argument. You're too busy hating Darius to doubt mushroom coffee → The product isn't the hero. Revenge is. The coffee is just how he gets it → "It might not be just a weight problem" takes the blame off the viewer → The ex asks "What did you do?" That's the CTA, coming out of her mouth And it's a template. Swap the gender, swap the cheater, keep the lines: "We got work to do. You're not staying like this." "What did you do?" "I didn't smile. I walked past her." We broke it all down: the psychology, the beats, the lines they reuse word for word, cheating ads from other brands, and how to run the angle for your product. Want it? 1. Follow our account 2. Comment "CHEATER" 😛 Too shy? Here's the playbook: eminent-jaguar-5f2.notion.si… and their top 30 live ads: app.tryatria.com/workspace/b… 😃

AI David Attenborough is selling compression socks now. It’s Viasox’s #1 ad out of 765. It’s over 2 minutes long, and it’s beating their ad with the real Snoopy. There’s a lesson in here for every category, not just socks. Here’s why it works: → The problem introduces itself. It's direct and captures everyone it's intended for straight away: “I’m plantar fasciitis.” → It roasts the excuse their consumers use. “She blames being 49. Cute.” → It explains why she never fixed it: the pain fades, so she thinks she walked it off. → Everything hangs on one moment: the first step out of bed. Anyone who’s felt it sees themselves instantly. → The socks don’t show up until 1:10. By then you already want the fix. → It ends on an eviction: “I don’t live here anymore.” It mirrors the first line, so the story feels finished. Funny part: their competitor Koprez’s #1 ad opens with “I’m your plantar fascia.” Viasox gave the mic to the villain. The lesson for everyone else: sell the moment, not the condition. Every problem has a “first step.” We pulled the top foot pain ads into one board and wrote a playbook on finding yours, whatever you sell. Want both? 1. Follow our account 2. Lymphoria doesn’t miss 😤 This is a 5-minute ad for lymphatic drainage drops. It’s been running for 33 days, and it’s #7 out of 2,593 ads on the page running it. That page isn’t even their brand page. In the last 7 days, their official page launched 1 new video ad. 8 other pages launched 1,968. Their site went from 350K visits in April to 5.4M in September. How they do it: → One reframe, a thousand stories. 600+ of their ads say “It’s not fat. It’s waste.” → The story does the targeting: cheated-on wives, divorced dads, truckers, weed smokers, women in menopause → The bottle doesn’t show up until 2:40 in → The stories end where they started. Same stairs, same door, different person We broke down the whole machine: the 8-beat story template, 26 hooks to steal, their landing pages, the page network behind it and made a board with 29 ads from the last 7d. This is the #1 ad out of 996 for a UK turmeric brand. It’s 4 minutes long. 2.25M people in the UK have seen it in 20 days. The brand runs the exact same pitch with a 52-year-old tradesman talking to camera. Same copy, same headline, launched a day later. That one: 420K. This one: 2.25M. Why it works: → The words do the targeting. Every line is written for a British scaffolder with knackered knees → The picture does the stopping → The skeptic is the hero. He’s already tried turmeric and says it did nothing → The brand isn’t named until past the halfway mark And it’s not a fluke. 6 days later they launched another one for liver support. Also #1 on its page, 1.2M reached in 14 days. Your customer doesn’t need to see himself. He needs to hear himself. Meanwhile you’re still paying UGC creators to “look like the customer” 😛 We broke down the whole template: the 9 beats, the lines they reuse word for word, and how to make one with AI. Want it? 1. The best hair ads on Meta aren't selling shampoo. They're selling a new diagnosis. And it's printing. For example, the attached one is Flakes' #2 out of 400+ live ads. Live for 5+ weeks. Their #1 opens with the exact same three words: "Most people think." Hair is one of the most saturated categories out there. Your customer has already tried 10 products. So the winners stopped claiming they're better. They tell people their problem is something else. → It rewrites the past. Every bottle on their shelf becomes proof they were treating the wrong thing. → It takes the blame off them. They didn't fail. The products did. → It kills the competition. Yours is now the only product built for the "real" cause. → They take their time. These ads run a median of 99 seconds. The ones selling a look? 28. We read the first line of 30 of the top hair video ads running right now. 10 of the 18 selling a fix (dandruff, hair loss, greys) open with a diagnosis. Of the 12 selling a look: zero. Meanwhile your brand is still yelling "clinically proven" at people with a shelf full of clinically proven. We put all 30 on one board and broke the pattern down in a playbook: the 6-beat structure, 5 ways to show what can't be seen, and 12 hooks to steal. Comment 'FUNGUS' if you want me to send both in replies. If you don't want to then just take them for free 😛: Board: app.tryatria.com/workspace/b… Playbook: eminent-jaguar-5f2.notion.si…

These ads are getting out of control. Men's sexual wellness runs the most unhinged ads on Meta. And they work. For example, the attached one is Lumeo's #1 out of 817 live ads. Live for almost 4 weeks. These ads are dead simple. But they go straight for one of the strongest desires a man has, and they say it out loud. → The first frame is the whole pitch. Product, promise and buyer, before you've decided to scroll. → They show the result, not the product. You can't film the result, so they draw it: X-ray skeletons, fire hoses, LEGO men, balloons lined up by age. → The payoff is her reaction. Across 14 brands in this space, the #1 emotion in their video ads isn't lust. It's confidence. → They test like maniacs. Volume, volume, volume. Meanwhile your brand is running a serum on a marble slab and calling it "elevated". We broke the whole vertical down in a playbook: the 7 visual tricks it runs on, how to bring the same shock to products that have nothing to do with sex, and 12 live ads to steal from. 1 in 9 American adults is on a GLP-1 right now. Two years ago it was 1 in 33. The brands selling them are printing. Lilly did $14.9B on Mounjaro and Zepbound in one quarter. That’s $163M a day. And honestly? Their ads are better than yours. We went through some GLP-1 brands in Atria. Hers launched 291 new ads in the last 7 days. Noom’s #1 ad has been live for 580 days. Ro’s #2 ad is 6 seconds long and has run for 4 months. Smart brands outside the category are already copying them. Quiz funnels, price anchors, a side effect your product fixes. None of it is GLP-1 specific. It works just as well for a serum as it does for a shot. Reply “SHOT” if you like replying. Don’t feel like replying? Fine, take it for free 😛: app.tryatria.com/workspace/b… Hers ships 40+ new ads a day. How many did you ship this month? lol

We organised Penrose Skin's 50 best video ads. They sell body butter. Their ads sell sex. What's printing: → The copy says it out loud. "It's sex appeal in a jar." Pheromones "to pull her in closer." → Women doing the selling. "If he smells like number 1, I'm kissing him before I know his name." → Colognes rated out of 10. "Best pantie droppers 2026." Axe gets a zero. "You aren't in high school anymore." → Fake apologies. "We owe an apology to everybody who's bought the Body Butter from our videos because..." → AI soap operas. "My girl left me for my best friend." Creed shows up as a glass bodybuilder. → And it works. Another brand is already running their copy word for word. We organised the 45 best Rosabella ads. What's printing: → Soap opera dramas. A 25-year-old neighbour tries to seduce a 55-year-old husband. A cop pulls over the dad she hasn't seen in 31 years. The longest runs 46 minutes. → Pixar kidneys and LEGO. Cartoon kidneys in a hospital. A LEGO guy begging you to help empty their warehouse. → Insiders with secrets. A county coroner who "opened over 4,000 chests." An Amish farmer and a warehouse worker who both "tell the truth." → Reverse psychology. "Do NOT buy Rosabella on Amazon." "They're LYING to YOU about BEETROOT." → Hallmark short stories with a disclaimer. "Call him Walt." "They're sketches, not people." All selling beetroot. → One script for the long ones. The doctor only looks at "the numbers." A friend explains "the rust." The Amazon beet is "red dust." An Amish heirloom beet saves the day. Comment 'BEET' if you want me to send the board in replies. This is free sauce. 29 crazy AI storytelling ads from top brands: IM8, PetLab, RYZE, Resilia, Ankhway and Quasi. These aren’t random picks. Every one has ranked in the top 10 of its brand’s ad account, and most hit the top 5. The oldest is PetLab’s x-ray dog. It’s been running for 118 days and is still the #1 ad out of 424 they have live. And some people still tell you to keep ads under 30 seconds. Drama ads are printing right now. Watch time is through the roof. Next to VSLs, nothing beats them at the top of the funnel. The best ones don’t sell a product. They sell a fear, then the fantasy that fixes it. The viewer has to see themselves in the first 3 seconds. The wife nobody looks at anymore. The husband who let himself go. The woman who gets passed over at work. Then you let them live the version of themselves they secretly want to be. The one who gets noticed. The one who gets the last word. Your product is just how they get there. Most brands skip the fear and go straight to the product. That’s why nobody watches past the first 3 seconds. Every age group and background is scared of something different and dreams of something different. Get that right and you’ll never run out of concepts. And come up with the idea yourself. AI can write the script. It has no clue what keeps your customer up at night. We wrote the full playbook: the 6 parts every drama ad needs, 8 hooks to steal, live examples and a scripting prompt. Here: eminent-jaguar-5f2.notion.si… (reply “DRAMA” if you like replying and we'll send it over too 😃) If your drama ad is a girl crying in her car until she finds your gummies, that’s not drama. That’s a cry for help.
