AI video is not quite cinema, it's not quite animation, it's not quite 3D. It's something new. And among other things, it has the potential to be the most accurate visual representation of the dream state and/or the subconscious mind. Anyway, enjoy your slop. Made with @dreamina_ai #DreaminaCPP And shout out to @trybloomagik which paid to have their name in this episode. Super cool way to interact with fans/community. #capcut

Why don’t creators have an easy way to include fans in their work? Why don’t fans have an easy way to connect and collaborate with the artists they love? Why doesn’t this already exist? The good news is, we built it. Bloomagik launches this month. 🧙‍♂️

Dose two. Our first article was about the idea behind bloomagik. This one is about what we’re actually building. How Bloomagik Works 🧙‍♂️

With the launch of bloomagik getting closer, we’ve put some of our thinking and vision into a series of articles. Here’s dose one: The Age of Immersion 🧙‍♂️

We’re building Bloomagik, a marketplace for participation in creative work. A place where creators can invite their fans inside what they make, while deciding exactly what parts of their world they open up. The age of immersion is coming. More tomorrow. ✨

This agreement is huge, but begs the question: if the rules of AI media are negotiated entirely between major rights holders and major technology companies, what happens to everyone else? How much freedom will independent creatives have? How much will fans be allowed to participate, collaborate and build within the worlds they love? We’re building infrastructure around a different answer: protect creatives, compensate them, and create legitimate pathways for fans to participate directly. variety.com/2026/biz/news/mo…

These lads are cooking 🔥
We at West Coast AI Labs are doing something different: No bullshit, truly honest takes with creators plugged in to what’s happening in the ai video space. Last night we had the legendary @heavypulp join us and stoked for some awesome guests in the coming weeks. Definitely worth a watch 👇🏼👀

The Doctor of Dreams is on a generational run
Princess Starcrystal, Episode 4. The Reptilians picked the wrong princess. More 1980s live action sci-fi b-movie PG-13 campiness.

Spot on by @seanward... the mental gymnastics of the "anti-AI" mob are obvious to anyone looking at the issue objectively. Remove hysteria and we can find progress.
The anti-AI crowd is currently trapped in a massive logical contradiction. On one hand, they confidently claim that "100% AI-Free" is going to be a highly sought-after, premium differentiator that audiences will gladly pay top dollar for. On the other hand, they are screaming that AI is going to completely destroy their industry and put them all out of work. These two things are mutually exclusive. If human-made art is truly the premium commodity they claim it is, the market will gladly pay their day rate and their jobs are perfectly safe. The panic betrays the truth: they know audiences care about the final vision, not the friction it took to get there.

Simply put.
George Lucas says AI makes it "much easier for us to make movies" and "there’s nothing you can do about it. That’s progress, it’s the future.” “Artificial intelligence means it’s much easier for us to make movies. It’s very much like sitting here saying, ‘Well, I believe the horse and the buggy is really where it’s at. These cars, they break down, they need gas, there’s all kinds of problems with them and pretty soon they’ll be making them into tanks, and then they’ll be killing people. It’s terrible.’ There’s nothing you can do about it. That’s progress, it’s the future.” (via A Rabbit's Foot) variety.com/2026/film/news/g…

Dr. Dreams is unquestionably one of the most talented and unique creators working with AI 🔥
Bambi the Destroyer returns on Saturday Morning with pure ’80s retro camp! Epic villains, wild fantasy action, and over-the-top B-movie energy. Think classic adventure vibes with a strong female hero leading the charge. Pure PG-13 nostalgic fun.

Get it yet?
A24 has released a statement defending their AI research partnership with Google. “Our relationship with our audience is something we don’t take for granted. This partnership exists because we want to dictate what tools get built for artists, and so they have a voice in shaping them rather than having tools handed to them. We’d rather have a seat at the table than on the sidelines.” (Source: wired.com/story/a24-knows-yo…)
