The results are in.
After two weeks of paper trading, the Alpaca × Conviction Trading Hackathon officially has a winner.
Congratulations to Swaraj Banerjee for taking first place and the $2,000 Grand Prize.
We saw some incredibly creative strategies across the competition, spanning equities, event-driven ideas, technical signals, and automated trading logic. Huge thank you to everyone who participated, tested their ideas, and pushed the platform in interesting directions.

This was our first trading hackathon, but definitely not our last.
The markets have officially closed, and we have our Alpaca × Conviction Hackathon winner.
