Creatine heals depression in women. Far beyond a muscle builder, creatine: - Is a MAJOR player in brain energy metabolism - Spares glycine, a calming neurotransmitter - Spares methyl groups, which many struggle utilizing 5g/day, or 1-2 lb of red meat.

I always thought it was a Beefcake type of supplement, but hearing about the cognitive benefits sold me. I've been more focused and working harder than ever AND loving it more than ever. That's a win. I'm taking trycreate.co and couldn't recommend it higher.

Creatine isn't for everyone. Not everyone wants bigger muscles, better mood, more energy, better cognition, reduced fatigue, and better blood sugar control No worries If that's not your cup of tea, stay away!

The most common pushback I hear on creatine is that is bad for your kidneys. But scientific studies have consistenly found no adverse effects of creatine supplementation on healthy kidneys. So what's up? This is a common misconception, but I understand the confusion. So I am going to try to clear things up. Creatinine is a byproduct of the breakdown of creatine and phosphocreatine in the body. But most people know of creatinine because it is used as marker of kidney function. You can get common bloodwork done to measure your creatinine levels and doctors generally use these levels to gauge kidney health and function. If you're not supplementing creatine, having high creatinine levels likely means something is up with your kidneys. That said, supplementing with creatine also increase your creatinine levels. More creatine, more creatinine. Higher creatinine levels are not intrinsically bad. Elevated creatinine levels in response to supplementation with creatine is not indicative of kidney damage nor does creatine supplementation cause kidney damage.

Brains and Gains supplement! And since starting with @trycreate_co I haven't missed a single day in over a year.
People who consume at least 1 gram of creatine per day are 30% less likely to be depressed. 30%... We're reminding you - creatine is more than a gym bro supplement. Did you take your creatine today?

I was feeling sluggish and some brain fog for a while last year. I’m 35, have a 3yr old, relatively good shape and was commuting 1 1/2 hours 3 days a week to NYC for work. Tried different diets, vitamins etc and finally tried @trycreate_co which magically helped. I haven’t taken creatine since college 15yrs ago. Not sure why but def gave me a little more energy and cleared some of the fog. I’ve taken 2-3 a day for almost a month now. Might placebo it when I run out to see lasting affects / if it wears off etc but so far so good.

Creatine is not just for men or muscle. Creatine will help your cognitive function, sleep, recovery from injury, brain health, and disease risk reduction! If you are a woman afraid of using creatine out of "fear of becoming too bulky" I encourage you to read my free blog. I outline the science and share how creatine has personally helped me lean out and gain strength. Gaining muscle is HARD... it takes more than eating some protein, lifting weights, and using creatine btw. nutritionwithwendi.com/blog/…

Creatine is arguably the most researched sports supplement in the world. But new research shows it could be used as an antidepressant. How creatine can protect your brain against depression:

Creatine is a solid supplement and worth taking in my book. But don't expect to suddenly BLOW UP thinking it's like taking anabolic steroids. Your strength and performance gains will be there but they will be fairly MODEST (in that 5-15% range). Not bad. But it's not like steroids. Taken from: ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/article…
