🎉 Announcement day! 🎉
As I said while promoting the DevX initiative, I want the closest thing to the Cardano community owning our outputs. That's why I submitted cardano-init to PRAGMA (@pragma_org), and they accepted us into the onboarding process! (See pragma.io/projects/cardano-i…).
Also, today we released a new version of cardano-init that comes with:
- Generating a spec protocol specification folder to have your specs and implementations together.
- Improved user docs and a new docs website.
- Show links to community and supporting tools of the chosen stack to connect newcomers directly with tooling builders.
- Show a pre-generation version-update notice to let you know that there's a new version.
And much more!

PSA the ledger incident isn't limited to Asia
This is a device purchased in store from an official reseller in Europe (a legitimate device doesn't have any of these cables as can be seen in picture 2)
This even seems to be an old version of the 'spy implant' even though the device was purchased a couple of weeks ago. The newer versions usually hide the implant by the screen so it's easier to miss
What's interesting is that this compromised ledger never transfered funds to an exploiter. Either the device didn't work or they were waiting for a more widespread usage of the comprised devices?
If you own a ledger that didn't directly come from the ledger online store make sure to not just rely on the software genuinely check by ledger but to actually open up the ledger yourself to make sure its original, again there are reported cases in Asia, south America and now Europe as well.
@MagicalTux made some useful videos on how to open the ledger and what to look for.

thousands have come to our programming set up across the venue
ive personally talked to 100+ people directly and many were warmly surprised and also very intrigued by just how far the space has come
learning about on chain identity, programmable tokens, projects building, projects pitching, projects hacking, upcoming network upgrades, dao run ecosystem with a supporting treasury, etc
no drama, just pure curiosity and respect
very well done everyone - this is the standard to keep from now on, settling for no less! i’ll write more why i think so in the next days
but for now, swapping a shirt and going to let lose

Today, we announce two new initiatives with @Petrobras.
As part of an ongoing R&D collaboration with Petrobras and PUC-Rio, the teams have delivered two blockchain applications focused on sustainable aviation fuel and Diesel R, Petrobras' brand of renewable fuel.
The work adds to the Cardano Foundation's growing portfolio of real-world blockchain applications in Brazil.

🔥HUGE: Brazil’s state-controlled energy giant Petrobras is testing Cardano blockchain technology across TWO lower-carbon fuel projects.
The pilots will use Cardano to track sustainable aviation fuel and Diesel R, recording provenance, environmental claims and emissions data on-chain.
If expanded, the projects could put $ADA's infrastructure directly into industrial supply-chain and emissions tracking.
