I hate @BMO so much I can't even tell you. Last week I was thrilled to pay off a loan I had with them. Today I got a call from one of their idiots to discuss the status of my account. These people waste so much of my time. If I hear from them again, I'm invoicing for my time.

Apparently the company didn't process the payment and are claiming it was a stop payment. But the other bank says attempt was ever made. This company is absolute garbage. Headed to a branch to fix this because support sucks.
