You always hear product folks talk about listening to customers. But listening and doing are two different things. The real question is, do they actually act on what they hear? Dynamic holds weekly meetings with many of our customers. Personally, they’re probably the highlight of my week. As we were developing Fireblocks Flow, we used these sessions to explore their experiences, and how we shape the product to meet their needs. They kept asking if we could also connect exchanges. If we could enable sending and receiving different digital assets. But what really kept coming up were compliance and regulatory requirements. Teams wanted to verify wallet ownership. This is something folks are already used to when sending fiat, and it’s required when sending crypto to third-party wallets. Today, verifying is a very manual process. You’re copy-pasting wallet addresses and emailing finance teams to confirm ownership through penny tests. Our customers wanted a flow that just works. It’s rare to get that kind of market pull. We evolved the product and re-trained our team on how to sell it. Flow is now one of our fastest-growing products and I’m so grateful to the customers who helped us shape it.

It's an insanely unique situation with @Muse. The birth of a billion-user product, a new ecosystem to rival the App Store. But the thing I'm excited about is the security architecture. @Meta gave everyone, potentially a BILLION users, a computer in the cloud. Right now it’s server-side isolation. But later this year they’re launching true confidential VMs, separated at the hardware level. It's confidential computing on an unprecedented scale. The best security minds on Earth worked on this, obviously @Moxie but the entire team. They took the encryption protocol @Signalapp built and @WhatsApp scaled and did it for a virtual machine. It’s a hard problem cryptographically, and doing it at this scale makes it an infrastructure problem too. @Meta knows people are hesitant to trust them with their data, so they made trust irrelevant. Even if Meta got hacked, or had a rogue employee, they couldn't see what's on those cloud computers. I get excited because this is what @Dynamic_xyz does for keys. The whole point of what we're spending our time on is ensuring users don't have to trust us. Personal agents are fundamentally changing how we move online. This is the architecture and infrastructure that will support it. If a tool has write access to your life, if it can lock you out of your house or spend all your money, it needs a completely new approach to security. What a time to be alive.

When we started Dynamic, we believed every financial app would have a wallet inside it. People might not know it’s there, but they would simply use it to save, trade, and move money. Now that same shift is coming to business applications. But businesses don’t operate like individuals. They have teams, approval workflows, policies, and different levels of authority. That’s why we built Business Accounts. It gives platforms the wallet infrastructure to launch global-first business banking, payroll, remittance, and AP products. The banks, fintechs, and global money movers I speak with already have rules for how fiat is managed. They expect digital assets to work the same way, with clear policies and controls that fit their workflow. Really proud of the @dynamic_xyz team for shipping this one!

It’s rare to see a billion-user product born. @Muse is this startupy, disruptive product, launched and accelerated by the company that knows consumer the best in the world. It’s an insanely unique situation. We’re witnessing the rise of a new ecosystem. That hasn’t happened at this level of success since the iOS store.

The 2Advanced website inspired me to start a web design company as a kid. I probably spent weeks studying how they made the clouds move in the background behind the bridge in the image. Brings back memories.
